Services
Almcoe Refrigeration provides commercial refrigeration repair, maintenance, installation, and related services for businesses in Texas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a service agreement between Almcoe and the customer.
Service Requests
Submitting a form or calling our phone number constitutes a request for service, not a binding contract. A service agreement will be established when Almcoe confirms the service and provides a quote or estimate. Emergency dispatch is subject to technician availability.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is provided on a per-job or contract basis. Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be established in the service agreement. Almcoe reserves the right to charge for diagnostic visits and emergency dispatch fees as disclosed prior to service.
Warranty
Almcoe provides a satisfaction guarantee on all repair work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, misuse, or equipment that has reached end of life.
Limitation of Liability
Almcoe Refrigeration is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to product loss, business interruption, or lost profits. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
